A new report from Sportico shows Kentucky Basketball earned about $8 million more on basketball ticket sales than any other school. We should note that this data is for the 2023-2024 season – John Calipari’s final season with the Wildcats. Kentucky joins Indiana, North Carolina, UConn, Arizona, Memphis, New Mexico and Nevada as teams that earn more from basketball ticket sales than football.

When looking at where Kentucky stands in the world of college basketball, this is certainly something to consider. Looks like Kentucky earns about $8 million more on Basketball ticket sales than any other school and is one of only 9 schools to earn more from Basketball than Football (tickets only) pic. twitter.
