ON THE APP STORE The Blues were quiet in January, but that’s not expected to be the case in the summer with a number of positions needing to be filled. Chelsea are said to still be in the market for a centre back, whilst it’s believed they are looking to add another midfielder and attacker. The report states Ramos is ready to explore a move away from the French capital in search for more regular football. TEAMtalk add there’s interest from across Europe, but he’s understood to be open to testing himself in England, with the Blues as well as Newcastle starting to position themselves. The report adds Chelsea and Newcastle are long term admirers of the 24-year-old, who they tracked before his move to PSG, with the Blues in the market for a number nine.
Ramos has struggled this season with five goals in 24 Ligue 1 appearances, with just ten of those coming as starts. Chelsea signed two strikers last summer in Joao Pedro, who’s scored 14 league goals so far, and Liam Delap who’s really struggled and has scored just once in the league.
