Fans' Choice: Who is the 910Preps Girls Wrestler of the Year?
This past season, Fayetteville girls wrestlers brought home three state champions. Here are 22 Girls' Wrestler of the Year nominees to vote from.
The NCHSAA wrestling seasons concluded over a month ago, and it's time to vote the best wrestler. Fayetteville-area girls wrestling brought home three individual state championships from Terry Sanford's Amelia Pranka, and Jack Britt's Mia Pardo, and Isabella Hernandez, and the Buccaneers captured a back-to-back team title in the NCHSAA 7A. Now, it's the fans' opportunity to decide on which Cumberland County athlete should be the 910Preps Girls' Wrestler of the Year.
Here are 22 nominees to vote among. Voting is unlimited and will conclude on Wednesday, April 8, at 8 a. m.

Ava Babich, Terry Sanford — Babich finished the season with a 12-5 record. Saliyah Brooks, Seventy-First — Brooks earned the Eastern Sandhills Conference Wrestler of the Year award after posting a 22-3 record and a third-place finish in the 6A state championships. Thaliana Brown, Westover — Brown, the 132-pounder, finished the year 23-8, and earned third place in the 6A State title.
