Doneelah Washington scored 21 points and grabbed 11 rebounds to lead ISU to a 67-60 win at South Dakota in the WNIT Fab Four on Wednesday. The win sends the Redbirds (24-13) to the WNIT championship game at Marshall on Saturday at 2 p. m.
Addison Martin and Trista Fayta scored 14 points apiece for ISU, which led 33-31 at halftime. The Redbirds shot 49 percent from the field (25-of-51) and hit seven three-pointers in the contest to pick up their seventh win in eight WNIT games the past two years. Copyright 2026 Nexstar Media, Inc.
