Iowa's McKenna Woliczko stats in McDonald's All-American Game

Iowa women's basketball signee McKenna Woliczko competed alongside the nation's top seniors in the 2026 McDonald’s All-American Game on Tuesday night from Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Ariz. How did the soon-to-be Hawkeyes forward fare? Despite Woliczko's Team West losing 91-71 to Team East, the 6-foot-2 native of San Bruno, Calif.

, posted four points on 2-of-5 shooting, in addition to her four rebounds, one assist, one steal, and one block in 18:26 of playing time. Woliczko finished with the second-best point differential (-1) on the Team West squad. Most notably, Woliczko's defensive presence limited the production of the game's eventual MVP, USC -bound Saniyah Hall.

Woliczko was one of the only players to slow Hall down. Hall would finish with a game-high 21 points on 8-of-17 shooting for Team East. As the Hawkeyes head into the offseason, Iowa fans across the globe have passionately expressed their excitement and eagerness to see Woliczko thrive in the Black and Gold when she steps foot on the Carver-Hawkeye Arena parquet floor in the fall.
