Lakers reveal injury report for Thursday's clash with the Thunder
Will Marcus Smart be available to play on Thursday when the Lakers visit the defending NBA champion Thunder?
After getting the best of the Cleveland Cavaliers in a 14-point win on Tuesday, the Los Angeles Lakers will head out for a quick two-game road trip that will start with the matchup against the defending NBA champion Oklahoma City Thunder on Thursday. The Thunder have won 18 of their last 20 games, while the Lakers have taken 16 of their last 18 contests, which will make this a clash of two ultra-hot teams. Los Angeles has managed to stay hot even though veteran guard Marcus Smart, who has been an X-factor for them, has missed each of their last five games with an ankle injury.
He will be out of action again on Thursday, while Kobe Bufkin, Dalton Knecht and Adou Thiero are with the South Bay Lakers, who are starting the G League playoffs on Wednesday. Marcus Smart is out vs. OKC tomorrow.
