Tickets for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics go on sale starting April 9, but you may get the opportunity to score tickets sooner if you’re considered a local. The presale for Los Angeles locals, applicable to fans in Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties, kicks off on Thursday, April 2, according to LA28 . However, both the presale for locals and the sale for general public only applies to fans who registered for a chance to secure a time slot for these sales.

Those who registered by the March 18 deadline and whose billing postal codes fell within the qualifying counties were automatically entered into the presale, according to LA28. From there, people will be randomly selected and given an assigned time slot to snag tickets between April 2-6. LA28 said people can be notified as late as April 4 regarding their time slot.
