Astute readers will not that the question being asked is not whether Mazzulla wants the award or not (in fact, he has made it clear more than once that he considers the award a faulted one given how he sees the import of his staff and players to the success credited to him), nor whether we think he WILL win the award. Rather, the question that was posed by The folks behind the "NESN" YouTube channel, who put together a clip from their "Toucher and Hardy" show featuring Chris Forsberg of NBC Sports Boston as a guest diving into the field and where Mazzulla stands in it after the season he is helping Boston put together.
