Carson Kvapil is looking to rebound at Rockingham Speedway after a tough race at Martinsville Speedway. Despite running well and earning a few stage points, Kvapil finished in 28th place after his JR Motorsports teammate Lee Pulliam had horrible restarts near the end of the NASCAR O'Reilly Series event. The driver of the No.
1 car now sits fifth in the point standings after some up and down finishes. Through seven races, Kvapil has three finishes of 19th place or worse despite having speed in all of those events. It has been an unlucky start to the 2026 NASCAR season for the JR Motorsports driver.
However, Rockingham could be the perfect track for Kvapil to capitalize on a good points day. The track should fit Kvapil's driving style and allow him to bounce back with a possible top-5 finish. After all, Kvapil is still looking for his first O'Reilly Series win and Rockingham would be a great place to experience that moment.
