The many parties surrounding Comerica Park on Friday for the Tigers' home opener are just the start of what many hope will be a fruitful season of fans coming downtown to watch the games and grab food and drink at area businesses before, after and during. One of her businesses, the club Mix Bricktown on Beaubien, is part of an indoor and outdoor all-day bash with three tents and four bars to ring in spring and the 2026 baseball season. "As a bar owner operating downtown for almost 15 years, it's also a huge economic stimulus for our team as we have built an audience of the last decade-plus that looks forward to cheering on our Tigers with us year after year," she said.
