Louisville basketball adds Campbell head coach John Andrzejek to staff
Pat Kelsey's Louisville Cardinals are bringing Campbell head coach John Andrzejek as UofL basketball's associate head coach. What to know:
Pat Kelsey has found a Division I head coach to join his Louisville basketball staff. John Andrzejek , fresh off his first season leading Campbell , is joining the Cardinals' staff as Kelsey's associate head coach, a source close to the program confirmed to The Courier Journal on Wednesday. The Field of 68's Jeff Goodman first reported the news.
The Camels went 16-18 overall and 8-10 in Coastal Athletic Association play during the 2025-26 campaign. Prior to taking over at Campbell, Andrzejek spent two seasons on Todd Golden's staff at Florida, winning the national championship in 2025. Kelsey lost two longtime staff members last week in assistant coach Thomas Carr and executive director of player personnel and strategic initiatives Brian Kloman .
