And it's a potential injury problem. Kincaid battled a knee injury throughout the 2025 NFL season, and it sounds like it's not going anywhere. But it's even more concerning than that.
In an article written by The Athletic's Tim Graham at the end of March, it sounds like the Bills are already wondering about how much they'll actually have Kincaid in the 2026 season. "The season opener is still five months away, but (Joe) Brady already is wondering how Buffalo will maintain Kincaid's week-to-week and play-to-play wherewithal," Graham writes. "Brady mentioned missing regular-season practices and stated Kincaid simply might have to play through the pain.

"Kincaid is rehabbing (his) November 2024 left knee injury, a torn PCL that he has declined to have surgically repaired, which led to other complications last year," Graham adds. That's always an encouraging sign, when a player declines to have a surgery and then keeps getting injured as a consequence of not undergoing that surgery.
