Louisville basketball players are gearing up for the NCAA transfer portal season. Ryan Conwell, J'Vonne Hadley, Isaac McKneely, Aly Khalifa, and Kobe Rodgers have exhausted their eligibility after a successful season. Sananda Fru is set to join the portal when it opens on April 7th.

Outgoing transfers Khani Rooths and Kasean Pryor also join the portal as they look for new opportunities outside of Louisville's program.

The most exciting time of the year is approaching for Louisville basketball, with the NCAA transfer portal set to open on April 7th. The Cardinals have a roster full of talented players who are looking to leave for new opportunities. Among those included in the portal are Ryan Conwell, J'Vonne Hadley, Isaac McKneely, Aly Khalifa, and Kobe Rodgers.

Sananda Fru, a German forward, has also joined the portal, having played his final game with Louisville on March 30th. The 6-foot-11 player is now free to explore new opportunities outside of the program, but he can't officially enter until the portal opens on April 7th. Outgoing transfer Khani Rooths has also joined the portal this offseason, having played his final game with Louisville in December.

The former sophomore point guard averages over five points per game and is expected to find a new home soon. Meanwhile, Sananda Fru's agent has confirmed that he will join the portal when it opens on April 7th, bringing back memories of the program's single-season record-breaking offensive rebounding rate set by Felton Spencer in 1989-90. Despite falling shy of qualifying for that milestone, Fru is expected to find a new home and continue his basketball journey.
