With his first spring practice well underway, the fanbase and national media alike are all intrigued about how good the Cats could be this coming fall. We have heard a ton about the play of quarterback Kenny Minchey so far, but it is the wide receivers who might play the most crucial role for the team this season. That is why getting to hear from new wide receivers coach Joe Price on Tuesday afternoon should give some hope for the fanbase, especially with several players getting mentioned by name.

With DJ Miller, Hardley Gilmore, and Brock Coffman, all getting some love this afternoon, it was Priceโ€™s conversation on getting consistency from the room that echoes with the BBN. After several seasons of poor offense and lackluster wide receiver production, could the UK offense finally break through and make some noise in the SEC? At the moment, it sounds like they have a shot.

You can listen to all of Coach Priceโ€™s comments here. Go Cats! Watch: @CoachJP3 talking Spring Ball.
