The Borussia women can reclaim top spot in the table from Blomberg this evening and are aiming to start the play-offs from a strong position.

Their most recent encounter with Blomberg was not long ago, when the Black & Yellows won 35-32 in the semi-finals on their way to the cup victory in mid-March. The reverse fixture of the Bundesliga match ended 31-26 in Borussia's favour at the start of the year. This is the third meeting with Bayer Leverkusen this season.
