They will play their penultimate match at the Wellinghofen Hall against VfL Oldenburg ( buy tickets ) on 1 April at 19:30 CEST, before travelling to HSG Blomberg-Lippe for the top-of-the-table clash on the final matchday of the regular season (4 April, 19:00 CEST). The Borussia women can reclaim top spot in the table from Blomberg this evening and are aiming to start the play-offs from a strong position.
Their most recent encounter with Blomberg was not long ago, when the Black & Yellows won 35-32 in the semi-finals on their way to the cup victory in mid-March. The reverse fixture of the Bundesliga match ended 31-26 in Borussia's favour at the start of the year. This is the third meeting with Bayer Leverkusen this season.
