Detroit Pistons rookie Chaz Lanier registered another 20-point outing in the G League, helping the Motor City Cruise to their first-ever playoff victory Tuesday on the road. Lanier finished with 20 points and six rebounds in a 120-105 quarterfinals win over the Raptors 905 at the Paramount Fine Foods Centre.
