Texas A&M 's hot streak at the plate continued in its midweek matchup against Sam Houston, as the Aggies secured a dominant 16-2 run-rule win over the Bearcats in Bryan-College Station on Tuesday night. While Gavin Grahovac notched back-to-back multi-home run performances in the sweep of Missouri, Blue Bell Park couldn't handle his power either. The junior infielder mashed a solo homer to take the lead, after a back-and-forth battle through three innings against Sam Houston.

Texas A&M held an 8-2 lead entering the sixth inning, where the Maroon and White exploded for eight more runs against the Bearcats to put the contest out of reach, ending it in seven innings. The Aggies will remain at home for this week's SEC series, as they take on the Vanderbilt Commodores, who are fresh off a sweep of Tennessee. Texas A&M's Easter weekend slate begins Thursday at 6 p.

m. CT against Vanderbilt, followed by Game 2 on Friday at 6 p. m.
