4 Phillies lost the same popup in the sky in miserable moment vs. Nationals
How was this possible at all?

The Philadelphia Phillies had one of the most inexplicable defensive plays you'll ever see on Tuesday night against the Washington Nationals . A popup was hit to shallow centerfield, and the broadcast did us all the favor of capturing four Phillies on the same screen. The second baseman, shortstop, third baseman and centerfielder were all hustling toward the landing point.
At the same time, though, they all sort of threw up their arms, as if to say, "Where is it? " The ground soon learned the answer as the popup dropped in, and Daylen Lile was hustling and got to second base safely for Washington. This is not how you want this play to look: i cannot express to yall how insane it was to watch this in person pic.
