Michigan State football has extended an offer to the top rated prospect from Montana in the 2027 class. Steele Harris of Great Falls, Mont. announced on Tuesday evening that he's received an offer from the Spartans.
Per a social media post from Harris, he received the offer after talking with Michigan State wide receivers coach Courtney Hawkins. Harris is listed as a high-end three-star athlete, with a recruiting rating of 88 in 247Sports' system. He ranks as the No.
1 player from Montana and No. 45 athlete in the 2027 class. He is also listed as the No.
647 overall prospect in the class, according to the 247Sports composite rankings. Michigan State is one of nearly 10 schools to extend an offer to Harris, according to 247Sports. He also holds offers from Arizona State, California, Utah, Wisconsin, Montana and Montana State.
