” According to police reports , Woods attempted to pass a slower vehicle in Martin County, Florida. His SUV clipped the other car and flipped onto its side. Despite a breathalyzer showing no alcohol, authorities who arrived at the crash scene noted enough signs of impairment to arrest the 50-year-old golfer.

While his statement is hardly an admission of legal guilt, it suggests Woods is taking responsibility for some measure of his role in the accident.
