Philadelphia 76ers star Paul George gives an update on his health after a loss to the Miami Heat on Monday.

MIAMI -- The Philadelphia 76ers have had Paul George back now for three games since returning from his 25-game suspension and he has looked good in all three games. There have been some tough moments, but overall, George looks spry. He looks like he has recovered from the arthroscopic knee procedure he had in the offseason and it is showing on the floor.

He has been more explosive going to the basket and he has been knocking down some tough looks from beyond the arc as well in an effort to get back and make an impact in Philadelphia. George had 19 points in the loss to the Miami Heat on Monday and gave an update on his health as he and the Sixers move forward. "I think now it's just, you know, I think challenging myself to play with more physicality going downhill," said George.

"I think I'm still a little hesitant taking contact and finishing and jumping. So, I just got to get a little confident in downhill attacks and playing aggressive towards the rim, but I'm happy with how the games have been going. " As mentioned, George has had success finding open avenues to the basket and has found a way to be much more explosive in that aspect of his game.

Before the suspension, he had trouble finding that lift, and it is apparent that the time off did him some good as he gets ready for these final seven games of the season. "I'm happy with the flow," he finished. "I think I'm continuing to find and trust my body and my ability, but again, I think for me going forward, it's just getting more confident, going downhill, attacking the basket, and trusting that I can do that.
