, March 31, 2026) that the Flyweight has accepted a 12-month suspension following a drug-testing violation handled by Combat Sports Anti-Doping (CSAD) . The sanction stems from an in-competition sample collected on Feb. 21, 2026, which tested positive for hydrochlorothiazide — a banned diuretic and masking agent listed on the UFC Prohibited List.

The sample was taken on the same night Idiris earned a unanimous decision win over Ode Osbourne at UFC Houston . According to the UFC, Idiris fully cooperated with investigators and admitted to using the substance to assist with his weight cut. However, despite being honest, CSAD did not reduce the suspension.
