High school baseball: Central Texas all-star performers for March 27-28

Here’s a look at the action from Friday and Saturday : District 25-6A Cedar Ridge 5, Stony Point 4 (15): Noah Olivas doubled and eventually scored on an error to give the Raiders the win in the bottom of the 15th. It was Olivas’ second extra-base hit of the game after he belted a two-run triple as part of the Raiders’ four-run fourth. Luke Irwin and Carter Copeland both drove in runs for Cedar Ridge, with Kai Rice finishing 3-for-6 with a double.
Reed Cox tossed five innings of scoreless relief and Matthew Mabry threw the final two shutout innings to earn the win on the mound for the Raiders. Erik Marshall went 4-for-8 with a double and Bryce Bryant finished 2-for-5 with a double, three walks and two runs scored to lead the Tigers. Cedar Ridge 11, Stony Point 1 (6): Kasen Langerhans went 3-for-4 with a triple, double and three RBIs and Matthew Mabry finished 2-for-3 with four RBIs as the Raiders took Game 1 of the series in a rout.
Luke Irwin went 2-for-4 with a triple, double and two RBIs and Jake Shoemaker finished with two hits and two runs scored in other notable offense for Cedar Ridge, who finished with 14 hits. Sawyer Neugent and Jaxon Newberry each tossed three innings to pace the Raiders on the mound. Westwood 8, Hutto 3: Antonio Martinez fanned eight and allowed two earned runs in 5 1/3 innings, Will Baker went 2-for-4 with two RBIs and Kellen Szymanski belted a two-run double to lead the Warriors to the series sweep.
