Donald Trump said Tiger Woods "lives a life of pain," but is "doing great," after a conversation the president had with Woods following his DUI arrest last week in Martin County. Trump told the New York Post he talked with Woods and said the 15-time major champion is under "tremendous physical pressure" from back and leg injuries. Added Trump: โ€œI think heโ€™s doing great, heโ€™s doing good.

" Woods, 50, is dating Vanessa Trump, the ex-wife of Donald Trump Jr. Woods is facing charges of DUI with property damage and refusal to submit to a lawful test following a March 27 accident in Jupiter Island, not far from his home. Woods was arrested and released from jail that night and driven home in a private vehicle.

The wreck was the second time since 2021 that Woods has been in a crash in which his vehicle rolled over and the second time since 2017 he has been arrested on DUI charges. โ€œHe tested negative for alcohol, as you know, and he is under a tremendous physical pressure from his various ailments, you know, the back and the leg,โ€ Trump, who lives in Palm Beach, said in the interview with The New York Post. โ€œHe lives a life of pain.

He has a lot of pain. Heโ€™s an amazing guy. Heโ€™s an amazing athlete.
