Officers observed Woods as lethargic, slow and ‘sweating profusely. Two white pills in his pocket (Hydrocodone). Eyes were bloodshot, glassy and ‘extremely dilated.
’” According to NBC News, the driver of the truck, 43-year-old Jeromy Bullard, told authorities that he was starting to make a turn when he looked in his mirror and saw Woods traveling “at high speeds. ” Woods’ Land Rover “overtook” the truck at the last minute and tried to swerve to avoid a crash but hit the trailer, according to officials. According to the report, Woods struggled to perform the field sobriety test, including “limping and stumbling to the right” during one of the exercises.
