2027 New Jersey defensive end names Tennessee football in top schools

A 2027 four-star defensive end from New Jersey names Tennessee in his top seven schools.

Tennessee is recruiting toward its 2027 football signing class. Four-star defensive end Aidan O'Neil named Tennessee in his top seven schools, along with Notre Dame , Penn State , Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky and Texas A&M , according to Hayes Fawcett of On3. The 6-foot-5, 240-pound prospect is from Montgomery, New York and plays for Don Bosco Preparatory High School in Ramsey, New Jersey.

247Sports ranks him as the No. 9 defensive end in the class and No. 3 player in New Jersey.

Tennessee offered O'Neil a scholarship on Jan. 22, 2025 and has not visited the Vols. Virginia Tech was the first school to offer the 2027 prospect a scholarship on Aug.
