The world of golf and sports couldn’t help but shake its head this past week. Ahead of one of sports’ greatest events, news broke that a superstar had once again found himself in trouble. Golf icon Tiger Woods was involved in a single-car crash on March 27.
With The Masters Tournament approaching, the sports world watched one of the greatest players in its history walk away unharmed. While Woods’ health brought relief, reports later revealed that he was arrested for a DUI, drawing scrutiny from multiple media outlets. One NFL media figure has had enough of these types of incidents.

“Tiger, you got too many responsibilities, too much money, too much wisdom, and too many gray hairs to, at this big age, in this big year of 2026, be going to jail for DUIs,” Acho began. Woods’ off-the-course issues began in 2009, when reports exposed multiple affairs involving his then-wife. Since then, he has faced multiple DUI-related incidents, including other car crashes.
“You got kids. You got a family name. You’re an incredibly impactful, significant and successful figure,” Acho voiced to Woods on his podcast.
