The Packers will host an official pre-draft visit with Illinois OL Josh Gesky.

The Green Bay Packers will host Illinois offensive lineman Josh Gesky on a visit before the 2026 NFL draft, per NFL insider Aaron Wilson . Gesky is a three-time All-Big Ten honorable mention selection who made 36 starts at left or right guard for Illinois over the last two seasons. According to Pro Football Focus, Gesky played over 2,000 career snaps, with over 1,900 coming at left guard.

He allowed only three sacks and 41 pressures over 1,149 career pass-blocking snaps and committed just six total penalties, including one sack allowed and one penalty committed in 2025. According to Wilson, Gesky (6-5, 310) did 30 reps on the bench press and ran the 40-yard dash in 4. 94 seconds at the Illinois pro day.

Gesky is not currently ranked on the consensus big board, suggesting he could be a late-round option or priority free agent following the draft. The Packers typically draft at least one offensive lineman and sign a handful of undrafted offensive lineman every single offseason. Gesky appears to be a target for the Packers in 2026.
