In addition to the new talent, the good news for new Las Vegas head coach Klint Kubiak is that there is nowhere to go but up for the franchise this coming season. A recent X post by NFL analyst Warren Sharp offered a stark reminder how god awful the Raiders were last year. They played just 120 offensive snaps with the lead in 2025, the third worst total in the NFL.

Here is the full list: offensive snaps with a lead in 2025: 66 – New York Jets 126 – New Orleans Saints 140 – Las Vegas Raiders 156 – Tennessee Titans 178 – Carolina Panthers 214 – Washington Commanders 228 – Cleveland Browns 258 – Arizona Cardinals 278 – Dallas Cowboys 285 – Kansas City Chiefs 294 -… — Warren Sharp (@SharpFootball) March 24, 2026 Kubiak isn’t used to that. As the offensive coordinator of the eventual Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks, Kubiak played with the lead for 516 snaps, the second-highest rate in the league. That’s exactly what Kubiak and his new staff will be aiming for.
