That would be Jordyn Brooks of the Miami Dolphins. It was reported a few weeks ago that the Cowboys were interested in Brooks, and on Monday it was reported by the Miami Herald that Dallas has indeed made a phone call to South Beach. “When asked about Brooks, Sullivan admitted he has fielded a couple of calls from teams interested in acquiring the NFL’s leading tackler.

It is certainly interesting that the Cowboys were specifically named as one of the teams of interest, that is the way things often go, but given the need that Dallas has at the position it makes sense.
