Aryelle Stevens Will Enter The Transfer Portal

Yahoo Sports

We didn’t see the junior college transfer at all this past season due to injury.

Cara Consuegra’s 2026-27 roster is changing again. We already saw that Charia Smith will be departing the program with one year of eligibility remaining, and now we have another player doing the same. On Monday, Aryelle Stevens published a post on Instagram to announce that she will be departing Marquette with her degree in hand.

Excited for what’s to come Arielle Stevens originally signed with Charlotte as a junior college prospect and she made the move to Marquette along with Cara Consuegra, who was Charlotte’s coach when she signed. It’s hard to say what Consuegra’s plan was for Stevens at Charlotte and in the American Conference, but whatever it was, it didn’t seem to translate to Marquette. Stevens appeared for a total of 100 minutes spread across 16 games in the 2024-25 season.

Her season high was 15 minutes, which she hit twice. The first was in Marquette’s first game under Consuegra’s direction, and the second was in their non-Division 1 home game just 11 days later. Stevens played double digit minutes just twice after that, both before December 1st and both in lopsided victories.
