The NFL’s most prestigious game is heading back to Sin City in 2029 after the league revealed its plans for Super Bowl 63 ahead of next month’s draft. In recent years, the NFL has started to host the Super Bowl at several high-profile modern stadiums across the league. However, one of the league’s newest venues is getting another opportunity to put on the NFL’s marquee matchup in three years.

The home of the Las Vegas Raiders first earned the chance to host a Super Bowl back in 2024 when the Kansas City Chiefs captured the championship. Super Bowl LXIII will be in Las Vegas in 2029!

The Chiefs star helped guide Kansas City to its third NFL title since Mahomes was drafted by the franchise. Commissioner Roger Goodell and the league have started to branch out its hosting patterns across the NFL in recent years. Newer venues like SoFi Stadium and Allegiant Stadium have started to get more recognition outside of the traditional southern stadiums.

The home venues for the Miami Dolphins and Tampa Bay Buccaneers have long been secure options for the league due to the warm climate in February. Meanwhile, Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium and New Orleans’ Caesars Superdome are also firmly in the rotation. However, it’s clear that Las Vegas has earned its part in the growing sports culture out west.
