Baylor Scheierman has proven himself to be a reliable member of the Boston Celtics rotation

Baylor Scheierman has been one of the biggest success stories from the Boston Celtics' season so far. The sophomore forward has rapidly developed into a key member of Joe Mazzulla's rotation. According to Basketball Index, Scheierman has been excelling when guarding "tier 1 usage talents," which essentially means the league's best players.

Furthermore, Scheierman's shooting touch has levelled out, with the 25-year-old converting on 38. 6% of his perimeter attempts. He's also shown legitimate upside as a rebounder and tertiary playmaker.

As such, Scheierman has been a staple off the bench for Mazzulla, often playing sizeable minutes as the seventh or eighth man in the rotation. They look at his offensive movement, screening, passing and his defensive versatility.
