With the Rams set with Stafford as the starter, but behind him, there are a lot of question marks. Jimmy Garoppolo's future isn't certain with the franchise, and Stetson Bennett has been fine, but we hardly think he is ready to step up and play a few games if Stafford goes down. So, what are the Rams doing at the quarterback position?
Head coach Sean McVay made an eyebrow-raising statement on it. "Hey, I'd love to have Jimmy Garoppolo back with us," McVay said via the team's website . "That's a big deal for us.
He's earned the right to be able to take his time and do whatever he wants. Is there an opportunity to explore, if it's not Jimmy, (like) Kirk Cousins? Of course.
