Yahoo Sports

10-man Sunderland were held at home by Reading in Premier League 2, here’s how Andy rated the lads!

Joe Cowan: 6/10 Beaten by two really well taken goals but very little else to do. Distribution was a little iffy but was very positive when the visitors had a set piece. Jenson Jones : 8/10 Set up the first goal with an excellent overlap and cross to Felix Scott, had his winger in check down the right and used the ball well too.

Finlay Holcroft : 7/10 Made a great first half block on the line to prevent a goal and then just missed getting one himself when he toe poked just wide from a corner. Ben Kindon: 7/10 Really solid alongside Holcroft at the back, showed good reading of the game to nip in front of his man to block dangerous crosses. Archie Lightfoot: 5/10 Had a really difficult time in the first half with Osho overlapping past him constantly, although he did cope better after the break.

Jaydon Jones: 5/10 Missed a bit of a sitter after the break when Scott picked him out unmarked in the box and didn’t have a great game on the ball, often making the wrong decision. Charlie Dinsdale: 7/10 Struggled a bit to get into the game for long periods but still created some good chances. Got an assists after good play down the right, then picking out Scott to make it 2-2 but also put a good cross in during the first half that Scott headed just wide.

🎯 Charlie Dinsdale with the cross, Felix Scott with the finish! Our Under-21s are level at Eppleton… 👇 https://t. co/NymLag3w9g pic.
