After its inaugural run in 2025 , the Wienie 500 is returning to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway on Friday, May 22, 2026. Ahead of the 110th running of the Indianapolis 500 , six Oscar Mayer Wienermobiles will relish the opportunity to race on the same track as "The Greatest Spectacle in Racing. " The Wienermobile that was the "wurst" and came in last during the 2025 race, the Sonoran Dog, has been replaced by a fan-voted new contender, the Corn Dog.
