The Detroit Lions and Dan Campbell are "ready" to move Penei Sewell to left tackle.
As the Taylor Decker saga played out, many wondered if the time might be right for the Detroit Lions to move three-time first-team All Pro Penei Sewell from right to left tackle. On Monday, Albert Breer of The MMQB reported that Lions head coach Dan Campbell said that he'd like to move Sewell to left tackle. Campbell told Breer that no final call has been made yet, but "he's ready to do that.

The Lions signed former Chicago Bears and Miami Dolphins offensive tackle Larry Borom during NFL free agency.
