North Dakota made light work of its bracket as it shut out both Merrimack (3-0) and Quinnipiac (5-0) to advance to its first Frozen Four since 2016. The Badgers ended a 16-year drought with their win over the Spartans, so these are two teams that are extremely hungry for a national title. That said, North Dakota did indeed win it all the last time they made it this far.
April 9 marks the date of the semifinals, which will see Wisconsin and North Dakota be the first teams to take the ice at 5:00 p. m. ET.
