As the NFL prepares for the 2026 NFL Draft, team owners, executives, and head coaches have gathered in Phoenix, Arizona. There, the league will hold its annual meetings—and plenty of storylines are already emerging. Several intriguing headlines surfaced within the first hours of arrivals, with San Francisco 49ers general manager John Lynch drawing particular attention on Sunday.

After conducting their review, the group found no cause for concern and reported their conclusions to the 49ers.
