'#FreeTiger': Fans wear Tiger Woods mugshot T-shirts at Houston Open
After Tiger Woods was taken into custody following a rollover crash on Friday, fans wasted no time putting his latest mugshot on a T-shirt.
The fame that Tiger Woods has garnered over his many years as one of the world's top golfers does come with its drawbacks. After the 15-time major winner was involved in a rollover crash Friday , then arrested and charged with a DUI , his latest mugshot quickly made the rounds on social media. Less than two days later, that same mugshot can be seen on several T-shirts, worn by fans at the Texas Children's Houston Open , with the words "#FreeTiger" underneath.
Woods, 50, is no stranger to fans repping his mugshots. Following a 2017 DUI arrest, Woods' mugshot was used similarly on shirts and signs at PGA Tour events.
