On Saturday, though, word was forthcoming that Vinícius had been forced to sit out training with Carlo Ancelotti’s squad, owing to a fitness complaint. This gave rise to fears that the winger may be ruled out for the weeks ahead, too. As per a report from journalist Fabrizio Romano (citing COPE), however, this will not be the case: ‘Vinicius Jr, expected to be available for Real Madrid next game vs Mallorca in one week.
