On Saturday, two of the key Ohio State transfers lost their stripes midway through their first extended football period in Columbus. Those two guys are safety Earl Little Jr. and wide receiver Kyle Parker.

Both of these players left their storied programs to come to Columbus to join the premier Big Ten program and the premier program in the entire country, and both of them have incredibly large responsibilities. Little has major shoes to fill as he is tasked with replacing superstar and potential top-10 pick Caleb Downs in the back of Ohio State's secondary. Little comes from Florida State, where he was the leader of that defense that struggled last season.
