Vote for Montgomery Advertiser's Boys Athlete of the Week for March 21-27 presented by the Vance Law Firm

It's time to vote for the Montgomery Advertiser's boys Athlete of the Week , presented by the Vance Law Firm for the week of March 21-27 . Voting will open Sunday, March 29 and will be open until noon Thursday, April 2 . The winner will be announced on Friday, April 3.

Nominees are based off of top performers that are sent in by high school coaches or statisticians. Coaches and team stat keepers can send in stats to sports@montgomeryadvertiser. com to nominate players.

Montgomery Advertiser's Boys Athlete of the Week nominees presented by Vance Law Firm for March 21-27 Montgomery Academy's Ethan McBride went 3-for-4 with one RBI in a win on March 26. Opp's Porter Nelson contributed five hits and five RBIs in a pair of games during the week of March 21-27. Prattville Christian Academy's Nolan Currier scored two goals in two games during the week of March 21-27.

Montgomery Academy's Vincent Desautels threw a complete game shutout, striking out 10 batters in a win on March 26. Opp's Parker Burgess went 2-for-2 with four RBIs in a win on March 24.
