•Yahoo Sports

Lincoln Riley and the USC Trojans have successfully flipped 4-star OT Drew Fielder from the Oregon Ducks.

It's been several years since the USC Trojans were able to beat the Oregon Ducks on the actual football field, but they've been picking up a couple of wins on the recruiting trail over the past month. Earlier this week, 4-star cornerback Danny Lang committed to the Trojans over the Ducks, and on Saturday night, USC successfully pulled off the flip of 4-star offensive tackle Drew Fielder, who had been committed to Oregon since February 1. Fielder stands at 6-foot-6, 280 pounds, and is rated as the No.

81 overall player and No. 10 OT in the 2027 class, according to 247Sports. With the commitment from Fielder, USC now has the No.

5 class in the 2027 cycle with seven pledges. The class is headlined by 5-star safety Honor Fa'alave-Johnson, who also chose the Trojans over the Ducks and other schools. USC hasn't been quiet about its recruiting wins, either.

After Lang committed to them, the Trojans' social media account took a direct shot at Oregon's "grass is damn green in Eugene" slogan by posting a video that depicted green grass being painted red, followed by the words "guess the grass wasn't greener. " āœŒļø pic. twitter.
