WATCH: Ohio State receiver Jeremiah Smith spring practice interview
Ohio State wide receiver Jeremiah Smith met with the media last week to answer questions about the offseason and this spring. Here's what he said.
Despite the awards circuit and publications that might say the contrary, we all know who the best receiver and arguably the best player in college football has been over the last couple of years, and he's wearing scarlet and gray. Jeremiah Smith was a man among children from the day he stepped on campus, and his performance on the field of play when the bright lights are on has only cemented his place in the game. He's blessed with unbelievable physical traits, but he's also a hard worker with a humble approach that has seen him improve and likely improve (imagine that) again this season.
It's always great to hear from the unassuming Smith, and we got that opportunity on Friday when he was made available to the media to field questions. It wasn't a long interview, but it was insightful as Smith answered things like other teams tampering with him, the next receivers that will make a splash for the program, the chance of breaking some Ohio State receiving records, and more. We have the entire interview if you haven't been able to soak in what the OSU receiver said after spring practice, thanks to the WBNS 10TV YouTube channel.
