Pacers' Jarace Walker not in concussion protocol, but listed as questionable

INDIANAPOLIS -- Jarace Walker is not listed as in concussion protocol on the injury report for the Pacers' home game Sunday against the Heat, but he does have a low back bruise and is one of six rotation players listed as questionable for the game. Forwards Pascal Siakam (right knee injury management), Aaron Nesmith (low back soreness) and Obi Toppin (low back soreness/right foot injury management) and guards Andrew Nembhard (low back injury management) and T. J.

McConnell (right hamstring strain) are also listed as questionable. All five of those veterans have taken part in the last three games, but the Pacers have been cautious with their minutes for various reasons throughout the season. Each has missed multiple games for injury reasons with Toppin having missed four months with a stress fracture in his right foot.

Walker, however, has missed just one game this season. He had to leave Friday's game against the Clippers in the first quarter when he threw down a hard dunk but hit his head when he landed. He stood up and was able to walk under his own power but seemed woozy.
