Tennessee Volunteers land blue-chip WR Kesean Bowman in 2027 class
The Tennessee Volunteers have landed a commitment from 4-star wide receiver Kesean Bowman in the 2027 class.
Josh Heupel and the Tennessee Volunteers landed a major commitment on Saturday afternoon, adding to the 2027 class. 4-star wide receiver Kesean Bowman announced that he was committing to Tennessee, choosing the Volunteers over the likes of the Ohio State Buckeyes , Alabama Crimson Tide , and Vanderbilt Commodores. The Brentwood, Tennessee receiver was previously committed to the Oregon Ducks last summer, but he has since opened up his recruitment and opted to stick closer to home.
Bowman stands at 6-foot-1, 175 pounds, and is rated as the No. 41 overall player and No. 7 WR in the 2027 class.
With his commitment, the Volunteers now have the No. 19 class in the 2027 cycle, with six commitments. Bowman is the top-rated player currently committed to the Volunteers.
Tennessee has had some success in the wide receiver recruiting world recently, landing 5-star WR Mike Matthews in the 2024 class, the No. 24 player and No. 6 WR in the class.
