Tiger Woods is out of jail after being arrested and charged with DUI on Friday afternoon in Jupiter Island, Florida. Woods was traveling at a high rate of speed when his SUV clipped the back of a trailer pulled by a pickup truck and rolled on its side, according to the Martin County Sheriff's Office. No one was injured.

A breathalyzer test determined alcohol was not involved, but Martin County Sheriff John Budensiek said Woods showed signs of impairment and refused a urine test once at the jail. Woods was released from custody late Friday night .
