Longhorns signee named LA Daily News’ offensive player of the year
Four-star Texas Longhorns signee Joe Sterling earns prestigious honor by being named the offensive player of the year by the LA Daily News.
After falling just a few wins short of a national title, the future is bright for Longhorns men's basketball . Their roster is stacked with talent, with more stars on the way. That includes four-star signee Joe Sterling , who is just months from making his collegiate debut.
On Friday, Sterling made headlines by adding to his trophy case. The talented guard was named the LA Daily News’ offensive player of the year. While leading the Harvard-Westlake High offense, Sterling averaged 22 points per game, four assists per game, and five rebounds per game.
