Boston College hires Kate Popovec-Goss as Head Women’s Basketball Coach

Popovec-Goss has been the head coach of the Bradley Braves of the Missouri Valley Conference for the past four seasons, staging a quick turnaround from a 4-28 record in her first season to a 20-13 record in 2025-26. Before her stint at Bradley, she was an assistant at Northwestern, La Salle, and Colgate. According to a report by USA Today, Boston College told potential candidates that $500,000 is available for roster construction through revenue sharing and NIL, which is in the bottom third of the ACC.
